These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and e222 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the e222 website at e222.pro and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on e222. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• e222 reserves the right to refuse a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

All accounts on e222 are personal accounts. The use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or access any feature of the site is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

e222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name and matches the identity information on their e222 account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. e222 does not charge any platform fee on deposits.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. e222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e222 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control. e222 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

9. Amendments to These Terms

e222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, e222 will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the player's account. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document.
